About Pastor Rick Diamond

Pastor Ricky Diamond is a dedicated servant of God, renowned for his unwavering faith and commitment to spreading the Gospel. Born and raised in Fairfax, Virginia, he was destined for a life of ministry. Pastor Diamond's passion for serving the Lord and his genuine love for people have impacted countless lives and communities.

Married to his beloved wife Mary Diamond, they have been blessed with a beautiful family consisting of five children, three biological and two adopted. Along with their children, they have also been blessed with several grandchildren, who bring immeasurable joy to their lives.

In June of 1996, Pastor Diamond received a divine calling to ministry. Recognizing the anointing upon his life, he wholeheartedly embraced this calling and devoted himself to studying and applying God's Word. Pursuing his education in Biblical Studies, Pastor Diamond obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology, equipping him with a strong foundation in the principles and teachings of the Christian faith.

Seeking to expand his knowledge and ability to provide spiritual guidance, Pastor Diamond pursued further education and obtained a Master's Degree in Christian Counseling and Psychology in 2005. This additional training empowered him to address the emotional and psychological needs of his congregation, enabling them to experience holistic healing and transformation.

Continuing his educational journey, Pastor Diamond obtained a Doctrinal Degree in June 2022 from the esteemed University of North Carolina Bible Institute. This accomplishment further solidified his understanding of Scripture and fortified his ability to effectively communicate the profound truths of the Gospel. Despite his significant achievements, Pastor Diamond remains humble and views himself as a lifelong learner, continuously seeking to deepen his understanding of the Holy Spirit's guidance and teachings.

Pastor Diamond's ministry extends far beyond the walls of his church in Stephens City, Virginia. Driven by his compassionate heart, he has embarked on numerous missionary journeys, impacting lives in Kenya and Nicaragua. Through the power of God's anointing, many souls have been saved, delivered, and healed as a result of Pastor Diamond's ministry in these countries.

In 2021, Pastor Diamond celebrated a significant milestone with the accomplishment of a "Debt-Free Church." Through unwavering faith and the generous support of his congregation, he successfully eliminated all financial obligations, allowing the church to focus wholeheartedly on advancing the Kingdom of God.

Recognizing the importance of ministering to those in vulnerable circumstances, Pastor Diamond regularly preaches at the local jail and nursing homes in Winchester, Virginia. His words of encouragement, hope, and redemption have brought comfort and salvation to individuals who may have otherwise felt forgotten or lost.

Building upon his commitment to education, Pastor Diamond has taken on the role of Dean at Spread the Word Full Gospel Church. In this capacity, he has forged a meaningful partnership with North Carolina College of Theology, an accredited Bible College, establishing a satellite location. This collaboration enables his church to offer a wide range of degree programs, from Associate's to doctorate, within the field of Biblical Studies. Through this educational endeavor, Pastor Diamond hopes to equip and empower future leaders and ministers, ensuring the continued spread of the Gospel message.

While Pastor Diamond's achievements are impressive, his thirst for knowledge and spiritual growth remains unquenched. Currently working toward his second Doctorate degree, Majoring in Eschatology, the study of end times, he anticipates graduating in 2024. This additional expertise will enhance his ability to guide his congregation with wisdom and understanding, equipping them to navigate the complexities of these prophetic times.
