All Doctoral Program Students must come through the President of NCBI. (No refunds on Doctoral Programs)
Dissertation required 25,000 words. (Notice Programs and Requirements) Doctoral graduation fees should be prepaid and submitted with tuition, no later than the first week in March. All Graduation orders (with full payment of Graduation Fees) MUST be received before the first week in March of each year.
